We can support any level of medication management. Our team helps Residents remember to take their medications and ensures they’re taken properly. Licensed nurses are available to administer medications directly when needed.

Yes. We work closely with outside physicians and providers, including Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, our on-site medical partner. We can also assist with scheduling appointments and providing transportation.

As retired teachers who have taught in a variety of places, we were West Hartford residents for many years. Prior to that we both moved a number of times around the U.S. and abroad. We chose Duncaster after considering several options because it’s a Life Plan community. It provides us the security we desire—for the rest of our lives.
