Our goal is to help you regain your strength and return to the life you love through exceptional Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation services are on-site and available 7 days a week at Duncaster’s Caleb Hitchcock Health Center. Following surgery, injury or hospitalization regain your skills and strength with these therapy services:

Spacious rooms with private bath

24/7 on-site nursing staff, security and emergency care
On-site medical practice including board-certified geriatric physicians (Physicians on call after hours and on weekends)

Your assessment will begin with a one-on-one interview to review your medical history, current symptoms, and how your condition affects your daily life. You’ll also undergo a functional assessment to evaluate how you perform everyday activities like walking, sitting, and lifting. Depending on your needs, you may also receive cognitive, psychological, and home environment evaluations. Based on the results, our team will recommend a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.

Consistency is key. Follow your therapy and exercise plan closely, get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and maintain a balanced diet. Regular communication with your care team—especially about any discomfort or concerns—can also help ensure your progress stays on track.

To maintain your recovery, continue with your home exercise plan and follow any ongoing therapy recommendations. Staying active, eating well, staying hydrated, and managing pain are all essential to long-term success.

Inpatient rehabilitation involves staying at a treatment facility where you’ll receive 24/7 care — often after a hospital stay or serious injury. Outpatient rehabilitation allows you to live at home while attending scheduled therapy sessions. Many individuals transition from inpatient to outpatient care as their condition improves.
